What is your standard lead time?
Our standard lead time is 4 weeks from placement of order, however, we appreciate that some companies need their goods as quickly as possible and we will work with customers to ensure that urgent items are produced and shipped as quickly as possible.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No, we do not have a minimum order quantity and are happy to manufacture small quantities; we do however ask our customers to pay an extra small order charge when order values are below �50.
Can you hold a stock for us?
Yes, we are happy to enter into a stock holding agreements with customers so that they can call off items as and when they require, thus shortening lead times and reducing our customers stock value.
Do you charge for delivery?
No, delivery to Pune customers is free, we do charge for delivery to customers outside the Pune, this can be done using a courier of our customers choice.
I need some help designing my product, can you help?
Yes, we have extensive experience designing cable looms and connector systems for our current customer base. Let us know your requirements and we will design a system to meet your needs.
Do you produce high-quality products?
Yes, as well as being accredited to ISO9001 standards, we have a dedicated quality department staffed by experienced personnel. All of our products are subjected to a rigorous testing and inspection procedure before they are shipped to a customer.
